The Star

The Star is a reminder that our light makes a difference.

In the endless space and night, stars are a miracle – they shine through unfathomable depths.

Our lives are wondrous, but we can’t always see it. Life’s challenges and hardships are many; it’s easy to get lost.

But it is through our unique light–with its individual hue, color, and heat–that we light up a space to share our brilliance. The Star card asks you to tune into your lustrousness and open up to the infinite roads that stretch out from your rays.

Anything and everything is possible. The universe has no edges. The Star card reminds you that your world is a canvas to paint any way you’d like.

Your creation can take many forms. You might be shifting your life path, doing new research, or learning about something you’ve been interested in. You might be inspired by a muse, crafting new works, or investigating something that delights you.

Your thrills may be more related to the day-to-day while being anything but mundane. You might find new wonder in the creatures and people surrounding you; joy and infinite love remind you of how vast and amazing your world is.

Whatever the “it” is, the most important thing is that it animates you. Without wonder, life is mundane. The Star wants you to seek your spirit-food.

Finding a new recipe to flourish may not come easy; you may have to venture outside of what you deem safe.

Oddly enough, recalibrating your energy around the unfamiliar can recenter your spirit and bring the grounding you need.

To expand your luminosity, you’ll need to ensure you’re doing the simple human things, too. Eating well, getting enough sleep, and tending to your body on a micro level will ensure you’re flourishing on the macro.

When drawn reversed, inspiration may hit you to a lesser degree, be forthcoming, or, in a more difficult read, feel unreachable. Your inner compass may be off-center, or you might feel disconnected. Maybe something is stealing your light.

Take the time to identify what you need and understand that relighting the fire is a process.

The Star allows us to fall in love with ourselves when we see our spirits like the universe–without edges and wildly mysterious.
